Dr Catherine Chisholm

Dr Catherine Chisholm C.B.E.

Catherine Chisholm CBE (1878–1952) was the first female graduate of medicine from The University of Manchester (1904), a paediatrician and founder of the Duchess of York Hospital for Babies.

She was also the first female President of Manchester Medical Society in 1943
