The section holds 4 meetings a year to which members, trainees and health professionals are welcome to attend.  The programme includes a symposium and the trainees' prize presentations.

RESEARCH PRIZE - Closing date for entries is 6th January 2012
 Application are invited from Senior House Officers, SpRs, New Consultants and SAS Psychiatrists within the area served by the Manchester Medical Society to compete for the Manchester Medical Society Section of Psychiatry Research Prize.
