The Section holds 6/7 meetings a year, including a joint meeting with the Section of Medicine and Trainees' medal prize evening. 

THE TRAINEES MEDAL - CLOSING DATE 3rd JANUARY 2012
Applications are invited from trainee pathologists (non medical or medically qualified).   Summaries of no longer than 250 words are to be submitted.  The papers selected will be presented by the authors at a meeting on Wednesday 14th March 2012. Presentations should take no longer than 10 minutes each.  The winner will receive the Medal and cash prize of £350, with a runner-up prize of a cheque of £150 (supported by Pfizer).  For further details please click here for the regulations for submitting an abstract.
